If your business already runs on 3CX, we provide ongoing support, maintenance, and management for your existing system.
For businesses setting up a new business phone system, our recommended solution is Microsoft Teams calling, which integrates directly with the Microsoft 365 environment most of our clients are already using. You can read more about that on our Teams Calling page.
This page covers what we offer for businesses already using 3CX.
What we support
Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
We monitor and maintain existing 3CX deployments, handling configuration changes, troubleshooting call quality or connectivity issues, and keeping the system running reliably.
User and extension management
Adding, removing, or reconfiguring users, extensions, call queues, and auto-attendant settings as your team changes.
Number porting and provider management
Support with SIP trunk providers and number management for businesses continuing to run 3CX.
Security and updates
3CX, like any phone system, needs to be kept patched and properly configured to avoid being a security risk. We manage this as part of ongoing support.
Should you stay on 3CX or move to Teams calling?
If your business is already using Microsoft 365, moving your phone system to Microsoft Teams calling is generally the better long-term option. It consolidates your phone system into the same platform as your email and collaboration tools, removes the need to manage a separate system, and benefits from the same security controls (MFA, conditional access) as the rest of your Microsoft 365 environment.
If you are currently on 3CX and it is working well for your business, there is no requirement to change. We will continue to support your existing system. If you are interested in understanding whether moving to Teams calling would suit your business better, we are happy to talk through the options as part of a free site survey.
Part of your managed support contract
3CX support and maintenance is available for existing clients as part of a managed support contract. For businesses setting up a new phone system, we recommend discussing Microsoft Teams calling as the primary option.
One monthly fee. One number to call.
Whichever phone system your business runs, keeping it working becomes our job, not yours.
